1. Terms relating to registration

                                     

•The registration will be confirmed only after the receipt of the complete course fees in advance in the form of DD drawn in favor of "D-Link India Limited " and subject to the availability of seats for the respective course.

• Upon confirmation of booking, necessary joining instructions will be sent to the applicant well in advance.

 

2. Cancellation of booking for Training

 

• In the event of the cancellation of Training, D-Link India may charge the Customer the following proportion of the agreed fee:

Ø      for cancellations received 14 calendar days or less prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course - 100%

Ø       for cancellations received between 21 and 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course - 50%

Ø       for cancellations received 22 calendar days or more prior to the scheduled commencement day of the course – NIL

 

 

3. Postponement of Training course

 

• D-Link Indias reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course at any time in the case of circumstances beyond its control.

• If D-Link India shall postpone training, no refund shall be due to the Customer.

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

• Except where otherwise specifically agreed with the Customer all intellectual property rights in the content of any training course, course materials, and any other document, computer programme, graphic display or other material susceptible to intellectual property rights shall remain vested in D-Link India and any unauthorized use, copying or publication of any such course or materials is expressly prohibited.
